Our estimated shipping timeframes are:

• United States Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing.

• International Delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances.

For approved claims, our preferred resolution is a replacement at no additional product cost.

7. Six-Month Limited Warranty

Mentist electric toothbrushes and their included charging equipment are covered by a six-month limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal intended use.

The warranty begins on the original purchase date.

For approved warranty claims, Mentist will generally provide a replacement product at no additional product cost.

Replacement products remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This limited warranty does not replace or restrict any mandatory statutory consumer protections.

8. Product Safety and Proper Use

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions and safety information provided.
